We use enquiry information to assess your request, respond and prepare a potential project engagement. Optional analytics or marketing processing requires your consent.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and object where applicable. You can withdraw optional cookie consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Hosting and selected technical service providers may process data on our behalf. Provider agreements and any required safeguards for international transfers must be maintained before public launch.
With your agreement, NIA sends your messages to OpenAI to prepare a response and stores the conversation, project brief and any contact details in our hosted database for your enquiry. Only authorized administrators can access them. API response storage is disabled; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. These details are not used for unrelated marketing. NIA records are removed after the configured retention period when the service next processes requests. Contact support@nuvoriqlabs.com to request access, correction or deletion.
